ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Pinna and her two lovely sons at an open house in Clifton 10 years ago and it was a very pleasant experience. Pina and her sons were so knowledgeable of the area and we thought that if we ever sell our home, we were going to Pick Pina and have the Pick Pina Group represent us.A Sure enough, 10 years later, when the time came to sell our home, Pina remained patient and determined, helping with the entire process from recommending repairs, staging, holding open houses, securing offers, and ultimately getting us to the closing table with an offer 25K above the list the price! Pina and her team were a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Pina and her Pick Pina Group!

ZillowVERIFIED Professional-Knowledgeable-Trusted Working with Pina and Team was a great experience from beginning to closing. Pina presented a game plan that highlighted and leveraged her local market knowledge, changes and bench marking against new homes coming to market at same time. The plan included a "turnkey" processes to move home easily and quickly but still customized to showcase unique attributes that buyer would seek. Her very seasoned and professional team- PickPina--made it easy, communicated very well, kept us up to date. She even has a list of "trusted resources" to help with those 1 off items that need quick fixes . 1 call and they were completed. When negotiations began- provided thoughtful and experienced advice. Highly recommend!! Five Stars!

ZillowVERIFIED Julian was great to work with. He was attentive to our needs, patient and thoughtful throughout the entire processaEUR| and it was a VERY lengthy and complicated one! We started our process during the pandemic, traversing open houses, with long lines, PPE restrictions and that was the easy part. I should note that I didnt start with Julian. It was after working with several other realtors, I came to meet with him and at our very first showing, it was apparent to us that he was listening- which was very appreciated. He literally checked every box in our wants category. The homes he showed us were ALL up to our standards. After just a few showings we settled on the perfect one for us. He made sure that we were updated throughout the whole process and it was never hard to get in touch with him, which was invaluable to us. It literally took us more than a year and a half to finally settle, due to a few reneges by the seller, but he was patient and supportive. His knowledge of home buying became invaluable as well when were faced with a renegotiation. Bottom line is, we got the house that we wanted, with instant equity already built into the deal. I would recommend him and his team in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a dedicated realtor whose goal is to land the perfect deal on a home. You might even luck up and get a few extras like we did. Thanks again helping us to realize a dream, no longer deferred Julian and the entire Pina Team!!
