ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Pierre if you are searching for a home in the Charlotte area. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing, and Pierre helped me every step of the way. Because the market in the area is so hot right now, I put in 4 or 5 bids before finally getting a house. Pierre was very patient and kept finding me more homes to look at and bid on. He showed me somewhere between 10 and 15 homes over the course of a few weeks. He was very easy to communicate with by phone, text, or email even after normal business hours and on weekends. He is very knowledgeable about the area, the buying and selling processes, and even about specific details on the homes themselves. One of my favorite things about Pierre is that he's not afraid to give you his honest and straightforward opinion when you ask him about anything. If there was anything negative to tell you about Pierre, I would certainly put it in this review, but there was truly nothing in the whole experience with Pierre to complain about. Give him a call.

ZillowVERIFIED I am in process of relocating to Charlotte from Minnesota and contacted Pierre to help me find a house prior to my move. Pierre called me within 20 minutes of sending an online request and had a list of homes for me to look at online within an hour. I scheduled 4 days to come out and look for homes and Pierre had houses scheduled for review each day. He dedicated most of his time those days to work with me realizing I only had 3.5 weeks until my move. I found my house the first day, and submitted an offer on the 2nd day. By the evening of day 2, I was under contract. He took me back through the house several times while I was there so I could make plans for the move. He was able to negotiate an early possession of the home so I did not need to find temporary housing. He will also be onsite for the inspection since I will be unable to attend myself. Pierre was extremely prompt, efficient and understanding of my needs and wants. He gave me good information on neighborhoods and even typical commute times to my job. As someone coming from out of state, his knowledge was extremely helpful and important to making a good purchase decision. I have to also say that Pierre is a very nice person and is easy to talk with. He listened to my concerns and ideas and was able to talk through options and put a lot of my concerns to rest. I greatly appreciate everything he has done to help me through this major transition.

ZillowVERIFIED I was haunting to buy a house. so i saw a house in his listings and i emailed him to see the house. so he replied and we met. he was very professional,knowledgeable,helpful,friendly. so i asked him to send me more listings . After we saw about couple of houses we decided to submit an offer on one. It was accepted and then all the paperwork started. he also referred us to a local lender which was helpful.so We needed to complete the contract that Pierre helped us with and we had to do all the paperwork for the loan and the more for the closing. it was a very stressful process but with Pierre's help, it was much better that what we thought. I will use Pierre for all my real estate business. and i absolutely will recommend him for all my friends and co- workers.

I was very surprised when Pierre treated it like a normal transaction. He booked and showed me the property and also gave me very good advise about buying it and financing it.
