PHYLLIS HORNER

I have been an award-winning real estate broker in Indian River County for over 30 years and a Top Producer for most of those years. I am a true Vero Beach native whose roots go back in the county over 100 years. My family has been honored by the city of Vero Beach for being one of the few Pioneer Families in the City. I have listed and sold everything from oceanfront homes to west side small retiree condos. I love it all! I truly believe that there is no finer place to live and raise a family, than Vero. My knowledge of Vero and it's market are lifetime learned and unsurpassed. I love working with people and find great satisfaction in helping someone find just the perfect spot to settle!
