We didn't find anything we liked right away, but Phillis was very encouraging and kept at it until we found the perfect house! She walked us through the inspection, how to set up utilities, all the vendors we needed. She continued to stay in close touch through the contract process and how to maneuver with the title company. Phillis was always available when we needed her. We never had to wait for a response.

She is extremely knowledgeable about the marketplace in Georgetown Texas and the laws and regulations regarding real estate transactions in Texas. Phillis was very responsive to any questions we had during the purchase of our home in Heritage Oaks Senior Center in Georgetown. She was also very knowledgeable of every detail about Del Webb's Sun City Texas. She would respond in minutes to any question we posed to her regardless of the day of the week or the time of day including weekends, very early in the morning or late in the evening. Phillis always has a positive attitude and is not impacted by possible negative situations, always turning them into a positive conclusion. As an example of her responsiveness the home we were purchasing had a Class 4 roof installed several years before we purchased it. Our home insurance company said they would reduce the annual insurance fee significantly if we could show evidence of the hail resistant roof. Phillis was able to get us a signed copy of the roofing company's certification in just a couple of days saving us over $1,300 on annual home insurance rates. In addition, it is a total pleasure to work with Phillis and to be in her company. Besides being a real professional she is very pleasant to be with. She made us feel very proud that she was representing us in every aspect of the real estate purchase transaction. When, and if we sell our current home, she will positively represent us as our real estate sales person.

She was recommended to us by our close friends for purchase of our primary residence over long distance. Since we were not physically present to look at properties, we were very skeptical about the whole process. We are very happy to have made the leap of faith and trust Phillis, as she turned out to be way, way more than any regular agent. She gave ample time to understand our requirements. She gave us detailed video tours of the houses we were interested in, and made sure we understood the house well enough to form an opinion about it. She has a keen eye for detail as we found from her elaborate descriptions during these video tours. She patiently listened to our concerns and offered her feedback post the tour. We found her to be honest, patient and ever willing to go that extra length to make us feel comfortable in our decision. Even though we were in different time zones, she was always available to talk, and would not hesitate to show a property or an area more than once. She is not only very resourceful, she follows up and makes sure that every team involved is on the same page and that no one ever gets a chance of dropping the ball. This is really crucial if one is buying long distance, and is caught up in a lot of things at once. She is very thoughtful and, helpful beyond the scope of her work, which made her more like a friend whom we could ask for favors, even though we are yet to meet her! Even after the closing, she made sure that we were really set with everything (utilities, repairs) before we move into the house. We truly appreciated working with someone so genuine and smart like Phillis Forse, and would absolutely recommend her to every buyer out there.

ZillowVERIFIED I ?happened upon? Ms Phillis while driving past a home on the market the happened to have the front door open that afternoon. Phillis was doing a virtual tour when I walked in. Once she was done, she invited me in and took the time to really show me the home. She was very gracious and we clicked!! That one didn?t work out for me, but Phillis worked so hard to find me my perfect fit! She held my hand throughout the process, was by my side at every turn, answering all questions I may have had. She is a gem! I felt like I struck gold!! I would recommend Ms Phillis again and again for another home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED We were moving to El Paso from Austin and knew that the house had to be made ready for sale, but we would not be able to take care of hiring contractors, taking bids, managing the end results. Our realtor in El Paso recommended Phillis. From day one she was friendly, on top of what needed to be done and had the contacts to complete the make ready. She told us to worry about moving and getting settled in our new home. She would see that everything that was needed would be done professionally and complete. Phillis stuck to her word the whole way. We left Austin on October 6 and on October 16 the home was listed and we accepted an offer the first day. Phillis kept in touch with us on every move, got our approval for any changes, and dealt with the various vendors and those making offers on the home. We can not express enough how grateful we are that Phillis came in to our lives and took a huge load off of our minds. Thus avoiding undue stress and delays in getting the house ready.
