We were also getting ready to put our own house on the market and already had another agent in mind, but changed our minds after we met Melissa. We met Phil soon after that and immediately felt like we had known them both for years. They went on to assist us in buying a condo and selling our house. They always made us feel like we were their only clients, and went to great lengths to ensure our house was ready for sale and received maximum exposure. We later hired them again when building our current house, and to sell a lot that we own. We have even referred them to our friends and family, who hired them, and were equally impressed.
