ZillowVERIFIEDPhil helped us find just the right place that was within our budget and still met all our needs. He knows the area well and was able to provide great advice on specific communities. He has such a calm, forward-thinking demeanor which was helpful to us when things were stressful. But he was also able to keep pressure on our lender when they needed more than a nudge. Hes an excellent communicator and was always responsive through a variety of channels.

Phil guided me the whole process from beginning to the closing day, which was very helpful to me. I would recommend anyone including my friends to have him for buying or selling their houses.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Phil for several years through Boyscouts and when the time came for me to seek a realtor, I didn't hesitate to contact Phil. In my prior business experiences with realtors, the words honest, trustworthy and realtor didn't always go in the same sentence. For the first time ever for me, I am adding all 3 words together to describe Phil. He handles the large tasks such as the contract and listing but then also handles the small tasks like replacing thermostat batteries when I was away. When a stranger was on my property and I was not nearby, he ran over to be sure the property was secure without trespassers. He has contacts for lawn, etc if needed. I would work with Phil again without hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED Phil Parisi is an exceptional agent and I have nothing but praise for him both as a person and as our realtor. He was very helpful even before we signed him as our agent. He was able to recommend local services that we were highly satisfied with as the home we were selling was not in the area we lived. He was always prompt in returning texts. calls, and emails and very patient in explaining the answers to my questions. I highly recommend him and can not say enough good things about him.

ZillowVERIFIED When we were ready to start looking for a home to buy, we stumbled upon a property that Phil was representing and asked him several questions. We did not end up buying that house, but because of the wonderful service Phil gave us, we decided to contract with him to help us find a new home. Phil was diligent, extremely patient and knowledgeable. We knew quickly that we were in excellent hands. If we need to buy or sell a home in the future Phil will be our first call. We would recommend Phil Parisi to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I originally contacted Phil to find a vacation rental for us - he did a nice job - he found us some good options, was responsive, and answered the many questions we had. We then asked his help with the sale of an inherited property, and again he did a great job for us. We really appreciated his diligence and willingness to help us even though we do not live in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Phil Parisi is a knowledgeable and competent broker. He helped us from the beginning of the process: looking for homes, pricing them, negotiating, and finding what was important to know ( insurance, taxes, structural problems with the homes, state regulations, etc.) He gave us recommendations for contractors and vendors and was available at every step of the process.

ZillowVERIFIED As a remote and site unseen buyer, I narrowed down my search to new builds within my desired area. Phil provided me with an up to date MLS listing which I chose 4 properties to view. Phil walked each property and the street providing video and advice on the builder and quality. We narrowed down the house quickly and submitted an offer that was accepted. The transition between Phil and the escrow company was seamless and they guided me through every step and form I had to complete. I was able to do this all remotely and we ended up closing 1 day early. Would thoroughly recommend Phil if you are looking to buy in PSL

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor, look no more! I kept telling Phil if there was a reality show where I can enter him in where he could compete for the best realtor in the world he would win hands up! I would also call him a realtor God! After I was originally working with a realtor who I felt was Just in the background and didn't help me, decided to Google Realtors one night. Phil was the only one who was opened past 8:00pm and who had tons of five-star reviews. I gave him a call and he got back to me with in in the hour on a weeknight after 8:00pm at night. I knew when I was speaking to him that I had found my realtor match! He took the time to answer my questions and was able to meet me at a property the next morning.. Soon as I met him I knew even more that this was the perfect realtor for me. He took the time to speak with me but what impressed me the most was that he actually got on the phone to call a real estate agent to ask her a question. That is a big thing because most realtors just text don't want to be bothered having a conversation on the phone. Phil has such a great personality, so professional and so patient and it made me feel so confident when he would talk to other realtors. I knew that he was representing me in the best way! He goes out of his way to make the entire process easier for you. Goes above and beyond what a realtor typically would do. He is so knowledgeable, experienced and has such a soothing way about him and always makes you feel calm even when it might be a stressful situation. I really can't say enough about this man as a person and as a realtor. Everyone that he spoke to that was involved in our transaction respected him and that makes a huge difference! I can sit here and go on and on about how wonderful he is But the bottom line is if you're looking for a realtor who is professional, dependable, knowledgeable, goes above and beyond, makes things happen, someone you can trust count on and know that he will always respond to you, you need to contact Phil! You will never be left wondering will he get back to me? That will never ever happen! I spoke to Phil so many times everyday and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. My transaction was definitely a very challenging one and Phil helped me fight for it every step of the way and I truly believe that if it wasn't for him I would have not have gotten the home that I feel is meant to be mine!! I can't recommend him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED When my selling agent wasnt able to help, Phil went out on a limb to help me find a condo with less than 14 days until closing. He provided me with information about an extra credit, I qualified for, at closing. Phil along with Truly Title went above and beyond, working really hard on closing day, to ensure I got the keys to my new home. I can not thank Phil enough!!

ZillowVERIFIED Phil has been fantastic to work with. We are moving to the PSL area from Fort Myers, so not very familiar with the area. Phis was extremely knowledgeable. He had answers to all of our questions and led us completely through our search. We gave him our requirements and presented us with a list that fit our needs. We would highly recommend Phil for all of your real estate needs.
