ZillowVERIFIED Phillip Harford has been our family's Agent for some time now. He has done a phenomenal job in helping us facilitate the acquisition of over 5 properties, and 8 buildings! Honestly, some of these purchases Phil has help us with were a-typical, and very time consuming. I couldn't have asked for an agent to put in the amount of effort in as he has, considering how demanding these deals can be. With The Harford Team, you are really getting an all-encompassing dedicated experience from start to finish. For instance; a couple of the deals we had been working on took over a year to solidify, and bring to fruition. It was just really a great experience knowing that you have someone willing to be patient enough, and get you through any unforeseen inconveniences that happen when dealing with larger scale purchases. Also, besides the purchasing of properties aspect, the real value for me has come from Phils experience with all of his connections from networking with appropriate residential and commercial lenders, insurance agents with mix use properties, detailed access of information on the property you are looking to acquire, getting an accurate appraisal weather residential or commercial, and even being able to get you in touch with companies that can maintain the properties after purchasing. ZillowVERIFIED Phil was awesome! Made buying our first home a memorable and enjoyable experience. We found the house we love for a great price! Highly recommend! This market is a very tough one and it was important to be working with a realtor that was very timely and available. I would message him and random times throughout the day and he was always doing what he could do get us into view right away. There were several offers that we made and through each one Phil answered all of my questions and voiced his own concerns about the property making me acutely aware of advantages and disadvantages in each property. I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing him or his team in any way! Great experience over all!

Melissa spent endless hours with my mom (75) in looking at homes and then, when she found one, she was there to help her transfer all items over to the new from the old. I know I am not even close to telling you all Team Harford did for us. Just know, you will be greatly taken care of by this team. You will feel like part of their family!

The Harford Team took care of my worries, explained the process while keeping it simple, and only provided me with the best service you can find. I expected to keep my personal expectations low during the home buying process, but was very surprised at the quality of people I dealt with. The market was hot and homes were selling fast. They didnt just meet my expectations, they went well above and beyond to get me the home I wanted while not sacrificing any of my house needs. I was informed right away on any problems or issues that arose during the process. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, proactive, and professional. I expected to be treated like a customer, but it felt more like family. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a home. ZillowVERIFIED I don't think I could have found a better realtor team for my first home-buying venture it I tried. Phillip, my primary contact, constantly went out of his way to help educate me on the things to look for in potential homes in a way that I was not able to replicate in my own research. He was frank in his thoughts in the pros and cons he saw in each of the homes we visited, and his insight helped shape what I was looking for in a first home and is a big reason I own the home I do now. Phillip made the navigating the loan process a breeze, with documents coming to me as soon as they were ready, no matter the hour; and he was always available when needed to answer the important questions. Overall, Phillip was very easy to talk to and get ahold of. While sometimes minor questions and concerns would take a couple of days to be addressed if sent via text, any time something big came up, it was addressed immediately. The best example that I can think of is that towrads the end of the process, before I had agreed to set a price and close, Phillip set up an entire day of house tours with about 3 days notice where the goal of the tour was essentially to reassure myself that I had the right house and that I wasn't going to find something better in the near future. He did not have to go out of his way to make those tours happen, but he did because it was important to me. While negotiating on my behalf, Phillip was able to get me a very good deal on the home, and after the initial price was able to successfully renegotiate a lower price after the inspection turned up issues with the home. Overall, I would recommend Phillip and the Harford Team to anyone who asks me for advice for a realtor because I know that the team will go above and beyond to make the home buying process easy and informative. I recommend them because whenever I am ready to sell my current home and/or buy a new one, Phillip will be the first person I call.

When we finished the sale, he still keeps in touch asking how the house was, how I was adjusting, and if I had any questions or needed any help. The Harford Team is phenomenal and amazing, and wether it's your first home, or your 3rd home, I highly recommend going with the Harford Team!! They will go above and beyond for you!
