Phillip George, Jr

Phillip is a native North Carolinian born in Sanford and spending most of his life in the Triangle area. He has been in the real estate industry since 1998 working in several different areas including new construction, property management, and residential sales. His unique skill set, with a background in building new homes combined with excelling in real estate sales brings a unique skill set not found with many agents. Phillip received his real estate license in 2010 and his full broker license in 2013. Since becoming licensed, Phillip has developed his business based on a client-centric model. "The customer comes first, before anything else, that is how they and their families become clients for life". Phillip's has a wide range of experience in residential sales including relocation, new construction builds, first time home buyers, and seasoned resale home sellers.
