Want to sell your home? Phillip is the one you need. He can help you get through a major and expensive event in your life. Trust his judgment as he is going to get you the best price, depending on local conditions. By thoroughly evaluating the local sales and current homes on the market, he can find the right price that will sell. I know. Ours sold in five days. As I get daily emails from several organizations listing homes for sale, I see that some may be identical to yours that are priced higher.
