Our Realtor Lauren Welch deserves 20 stars out of 10 - she is that fantastic! We were looking for an affordable home in the hot Raleigh real estate market. She let us know what to expect during the home buying process and was very responsive. She listened to our needs and budget, and kept us apprised about available homes and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. When we found the house we wanted, Lauren gave us her expert advice on what to offer on the sale price, due diligence and earnest money to come in at the top of a very lengthy list of offers on the house. We came in at the top of the list and got our house. We started looking in July and closed in October. So many people were surprised and shocked that we found our dream home and closed while so many people have been searching for over a year in the Raleigh real estate market. This was our 3rd home purchase and Lauren far exceeded our expectations. She proved time and again with her thorough knowledge of the local market.
