ZillowVERIFIED Phillip Madison helped us sell our home, buy a new home and purchase three rental properties, so we have had significant experience with Phillip. As a former realtor myself, I have high expectations when working with a real estate agent. Phillip is a consummate professional who exceeded all of our expectations. He gives honest assessments and definitely goes above and beyond to bring your deals to fruition under the best possible terms. He is timely and involved. Phillip makes the process as easy as possible. Need some repairs ? He will find someone good and reasonably priced to do them. Sticking point in the negotiation? He will find a solution even if it means taking care of it himself. We give Phillip the highest recommendation for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Phillip is a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experiences with realtors. He was always responsive to all questions and doubts and I felt completely comfortable and most of all I trusted him that he had my best interests at heart. To give an example of how good he is , He even cleaned my house with a broom and wipes because I was stuck at work and couldn't make it on the "weekend". I think I found my realtor for all my needs.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I had the pleasure of working with Phillip to purchase our new home just recently! Phillip searched tirelessly for several months to find the perfect house that met all of our criteria and helped us to call it home. He was very professional and knowledgeable and genuinely fought tooth and nail to insure our experience was a success! He listened to our needs and worked diligently day or night throughout the process, even with our lender, and kept us abreast of everything to avoid any hiccups along the way. He was able to pull off a miracle and make a very difficult and stressful loan process run as smoothly as possible and managed to make it all work out and put smiles on my family's face! I highly recommend that if you want the best agent working for you that you hire Phillip! You will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Phillip, did an excellent job in helping me find my home. He worked closely with me to understand what I was looking for in a home and was tireless in his efforts to find the best home for my family. He was personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He used his professional resourses to make the home buying experience easy. I was concerned about finding a new agent in a new state but he was part of my team from the beginning. I would highly recomend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Phillip is a very professional individual and I highly recommend him. He quickly responded to any and all questions I had. He was able to find what I was looking for in a very short period of time...actually within a day after I had been looking for several weeks. Great guy and pleasant to speak with. Made the entire process enjoyable and stress free.

ZillowVERIFIED Phillip is fantastic. He has been helping me in Dallas while I've tried selling my home near Austin. Phillip personally contacted multiple agents in Austin and interviewed them to find the agent that would take the best care of us and would work the hardest to help us sell our home. Once the sale goes through, I have complete faith in Phillip to help us find our next home! He's so professional and personable, we just love him!
