ZillowVERIFIED Great! She helped set everything up, made it very easy from our end, and did a great job of making sure to take our thoughts and considerations before her own. With this; she did still provide recommendations that helped us with making our final decision.

ZillowVERIFIED We had to do a lot of the work. His saying that it will be fine. His negotiations, I feel he didn't try hard enough. We did all the work, in regards to the problems in the house. He has no idea what things cost, for repairs. It sounded like he depened on friends. Needs to do more research HIMSELF!!!!!!!!!!! I feel he was more concerned on his money he making.

ZillowVERIFIED Tyree Portis has been amazing to work with. He helped me buy my home in Baraboo, WI. and he had helped us find our home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that we are closing on soon. I love that they work throughout Southern, WISCONSIN and that they are willing to work throughout the state. Tyree was available 24/7. It was stressful for myself, and he answered all my questions and understood all my concerns. Also, during the process of looking at the homes, our schedules did not align, and his team stepped up and there was always someone else who could meet us during our schedule. That was super convenient. Thank you Tyree and Yoo Reality Group for helping us pruchase our second home.

ZillowVERIFIED Went above and beyond to help us buy a home in a hurry. Was willing to throw houses on the list of viewings as we were on our way to other houses to look at, very quickly responded when we had questions, and got documents to us within an hour or so of us asking to make an offer. Cannot recommend highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED He was extremely helpful and hard working and willing to help me get offers in quick so I would have a chance at getting a house. Also once I got an accepted offer and only have 30 days to close he would send me any information or paper that I needed to sign or do asap and we got majority of the work done within a week.

ZillowVERIFIED She is a great realtor to work with. She knows customers needs and addresses questions quickly. For examples, she took care of our offer and discussed with us in details. She referred home inspector for us. She also helped us contact the HOA of that unit and answered our concerns.

ZillowVERIFIED This woman! She went above and beyond for us to get us the house we dreamed of. In december we made our house shopping more active. She came out on new years eve and showed us our dream house. First and only house and we wanted it and just closed today. She stayed with us the whole step of the way and set us up with her finance guru dustin. 100% would recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Zethren stuck with us through a grueling house hunt, and it was like working with a friend with all the professional insight you would want. He handled all of the details that we needed help with for lack of time or knowledge, worked proactively, and was completely on the ball. He was not some brisk real estate agent who is in it just for money. Incredibly personable, and genuinely interested in helping us make our dream come true.
