I am a full time Realtor who has been in the real estate industry since 2014 and am consistently in the top 3% of local agents (by dollar volume and number of sales). I work with home buyers and sellers in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties. From 2014 - 2017 I was the marketing manager for a large local builder, helping to sell homes from $100,000 to over $1 million. Because of my time there, I have a comprehensive knowledge of the entire real estate process including home construction, mortgages, title, and more. I use this knowledge to make sure my clients are informed and feel comfortable throughout their entire buying or selling process. I handle every step of my clients' transaction for them, making sure to follow up often and provide the same level of service I would if I were buying or selling my own home. I personalize every client's experience to make sure they are provided with the specific services they need, and I am available seven days a week. I am prompt, proactive, and comprehensive in my services.
