ZillowVERIFIED This market is crazy, and when my wife and I decided to sell our house and upgrade to a bigger house in the middle of this crazy pandemic market, it was absolutely nerve wracking. But we knew from a previous experience of buying our first house with Philippa that we were in good hands. (My previous review of her tells you what Philippa was able to navigate in our first experience.) This time around Philippa was able to sell our house and got us maximum value. That was the easy part. Buying in this market is the hard part. She was able to pull out every trick in the book and all of her negotiating skills to land us a house we are absolutely in love with and she was able to get it at a fair price. She did so well, that my parents decided to try and sell there house as well. This was a house that was falling apart and in desperate need of rehabilitation, but despite that, Philippa was able to sell that house as well. Philippa is a true professional and simply put she is good at what she does. She is tough and unwavering. If you want to sell your house or buy, or both, I would not hesitate to recommend Philippa for any and all of your real estate needs.

Philippa is one of the most professional, knowledgable and personable brokers I have ever met. She helped me recently purchase an investment property. She handled everything for me. The first few units we looked at together. After that, she was scouting the properties herself, sending me pics, letting me know her opinion of which ones were a good fit for me. Due to my hectic schedule, I was unable to spend much time working through the details. She did the home inspection for me, found me a tenant, did the background check, got a lease agreement, found me lawyers, plumbers, etc. I basically did this transaction over the phone. Through all of this, she never seemed frustrated with my basic questions and guided me (as a first time investor), through the whole process from beginning to end.I intend to use her exclusively going forward for future property purchases. I would recommend anyone interested (especially in the central jersey area) to reach out to her. Philippa contacted me following up with my inquiry regarding a rental house on Zillow. She spent two weeks looking for a nice place for me and my dog. We were checking and discussing all properties together, she went to see several of them despite of the very bad winter conditions at the time. Once we chose my current residence, she negotiated with the owner to accept my dog and did the walk-thru, because I was coming two weeks after the lease was supposed to start. My husband and I had different wish lists for our dream home and she really took the effort to find homes that included both of our wants.
