We professionally staged the home, created a Coming Soon campaign with professional photography and video, reached approximately 1,300 buyers actively looking in the Collingswood area via targeted emails, highlighted the home in our Deal of the Week, mailed + door-hung the surrounding neighborhood, and launched it as a Zillow Showcase Listing.
The strategy worked. Within just a few days of going live, we received **six offers** and the home went under contract nearly $100,000 over asking price.
For me, this transaction is a great example of what strategic real estate marketing can do for a South Jersey seller. It wasn’t simply about putting a home on the MLS. We created anticipation, maximized exposure, and gave the seller multiple options when it came time to choose an offer.
I moved to the United States from the UK nearly a decade ago after meeting my husband, Jeremiah. He had started building his real estate business here in South Jersey, and about a year later, I decided to get my real estate license and join him.
What started as a small real estate business has grown into The JFKLiving Team, and we’ve spent the years since building our team, developing our marketing, and becoming deeply involved in the communities we serve.
We initially built a strong presence in the 08108 area, including Haddon Township and Collingswood, and have since expanded to help buyers and sellers throughout South Jersey. My role has naturally evolved around the things I enjoy most: local real estate, creative marketing, community, and helping people make smart decisions about where they live.
