    As a person who bought and sold a property in the Calabasas area, I can't imagine realtors with better local insight and judgement than Robin and Philip. Robin not only secured great tenants, but was also available to open the house for repairs prior to the move in. During the course of a few tenants, she was always available to help us with questions during the occupancy. Being located out of state, it was great to have her be our eyes and ears on the property.

    When we started our home buying process we had (too) many ideas and a wide budget range. These guys were great in putting together tours to show us all options. They were very patient and never pushy. We got honest feedback and were never rushed or cornered. Their honest work was key to find our perfect home. They understood our needs and helped closing a rather complicated deal since we are buyers from abroad. Robin & Phil are very professional and fun to spend time with.     Robin Lucas made finding our first home an easy and pleasurable experience! She was always timely, organized, and positive, which helped take a lot of the stress away.
