Review We were in need of a home that my 90 year old parents could live in with us. So, it had to be the perfect house. And, we lived 6 hours away. Philip communicated with us often and worked hard to find what we needed.When we came to town, he had all the houses that met our criteria lined up for us to see. No wasted time here. Review I hired Philip after dealing with two other realtors that did not sell my house. He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all steps of the sales process. At one point, he was on top of my roof tightening roof screws so that we could make a tight deadline. He always offered help whenever I needed it - going above and beyond his responsibilities as an agent. The previous two agents had talked down to me, bullied me, and forgot that they were working for me - and not me for them. He is a pleasant person and an effective salesman that did not resort to harsh tactics. He listened to and respected my needs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Our poor little orphaned house had been vacant for a long time, and was easily the scariest looking house on the street. Philip had not been in the house before he showed it to me, but the moment I walked in I knew it belonged to me. He has such extraordinary vision and understanding of aesthetics vs. defects that he was able to see the underlying value and beauty of the house: good bones under that carpet, wallpaper, vinyl, more vinyl and years of neglect. I knew my husband and I were up to the job, so we submitted an offer and it was accepted.What I wasnt up for was navigating the process of a rehab loan, as it was my first experience with this. Philips patience, tact, and experience was invaluable during this process. He went above and beyond what was expectedaEUR"especially because I knew he wasnt going to get rich off this small saleaEUR"but he made us feel every bit as important as if we had purchased a mansion. Review Philip sold a house for me earlier this this and did an outstanding job. His market research set the price point exactly where it needed to be. Considering when I was selling the house was during the off season Philip networked and sold my house. He did a walk through of my house to look for possible fixes and also hired a contractor to fix the things he believed would get the full asking price. I'm an out of state home owner and Philip took the time to schedule utility hookups and disconnects and even was present for the service technicians which was a blessing for me! He responded quickly when I needed him and followed through as promised. I highly recommend Philip and his team especially for military family's that will move prior to the sale of their home.
