Due to Phil's diligent work, we were in escrow in 3 weeks! Phil had a very detailed marketing plan, had high-quality professional photos of our house taken, sent out mailers, held open houses every weekend, and the list goes on. Of course the home inspector found some issues with our home, and one of the repairs wasn't done correctly. Phil went over to the house and spent 2 hours fixing the issue himself! ZillowVERIFIED Phil is the man. We were faced with the difficult decision of leaving a previous agent who we thought wasn't putting his best foot forward and Phil stepped up big time. He had an extensive and thorough plan and explained it to us in detail. Our house was a difficult sale and we weren't confident it would sell in a short amount of time. To our surprise, it was a done deal a short while later for an excellent price we were both happy with. Phil was outstanding throughout the entire process and was beyond easy to communicate with. We hardly ever had to ask him anything because he brought the info to us before we could even ask. Phil is a friend today and will always be. It's hard to find a person of such high character... he's the best.
