Philip Gibbs

Phil leverages a diverse and impressive background in financial services including real estate, lending and investments to create value for his clients. Phil joined the real estate industry after a successful career in business and private banking where he held multiple Vice President positions. Phil attributes his success to his unwavering drive, original and creative approach towards opportunities and commitment to serving his client's needs. It is this commitment and discretion which has earned him the trust of many of San Diego's most influential individuals. Aside from real estate, Phil is committed to philanthropy and has served in leadership capacities of seven local and national charities.

Phil holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with a Finance concentration from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois at Carbondale. He has a Commercial Pilot's license and is an avid outdoorsman and photographer. As a third generation San Diego Native and he enjoys San Diego's marvelous amenities with his wife and three young sons.
