ZillowVERIFIED Philip was my realtor in San Francisco during a very complicated purchase of a tenancy-in-common (TIC) condo, and I genuinely cant imagine having gone through that process with anyone else. Because it was a TIC, the transaction had extra layers and a very different process than a standard condo purchase. To make it even more challenging, the sellers agent was, frankly, extremely difficult to work with and shockingly incompetent. Philip handled all of it with intellect, wisdom, and grace.
