Philip was a great pleasure to work with. He educated me along the way and was receptive to questions and was easily reached at all times. He communicated every step of the way and, for my first selling experience, I could not have asked for a better professional to handle my sale.
Thank you for trusting me with the sale of your home!

Phillip Demoran was great throughout the process of selling my mother's home. When issues came up (and they did) he was quick to respond and explained everything to me and my mother quickly and clearly. He made selling the home much less stressful than expected. . . I would definitely recommend Phillip to anyone needing a realtor in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Prior to moving to Biloxi, I requested that Philip provide me with possible homes in my price range. I reviewed various houses for four months and about one month ago I found the perfect home. Philip made it happen and I closed almost exactly one month from finding my new aEURoehome.aEUR? He made the process so easy for me - from beginning to end, Philip made it possible to begin a new chapter in my life. Mr. Philip has been walking with my wife and I on our home buying journey for the past 16 months or so. All questions answered, and every stressor eased with the crazy housing market. We ended up building a home due to the low house volume, and he continued to show his excellent work as we moved through that process. Never felt out of the loop or uneasy. I would recommend his services without any reservations to all potential home buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED We were interested in a particular home with the Realtor's contact information on the For Sale Sign & phoned Mr. Demoran. He stated this home was already under Contract, however, he offered to assist us in finding the right home for us. We agreed. He showed us 2 or 3, and they would have been great, just not what we were searching for. He mentioned anther home he'd like us to take a look at, and we weren't certain as we initially did not want a 2 story home. That didn't discourage him, so we finally did go take a look. What do you know ??? It WAS The PERFECT HOME for us. In less than 10 days we closed and we are very thankful for his persistence. We truly love our Home & it wouldn't have been possible if it weren't for Mr. Demoran. We have owned a rental property in Gulf Hills for many years, and felt now would be the correct time to sell. We asked Mr. Demoran to assist us. He made this happen for us as well, and it Closed yesterday. If you are searching for a Realtor, whom really does care & is persistent & dedicated to his Profession, Mr. Demoran should be your Realtor. The Shapiro's

ZillowVERIFIED I was in the beginning stages of a DIY remodel on my home residence when I met Philip. He provided guidance on what was necessary and what would give me the most value and return on my investment. He provided input and great feedback throughout the process. When the property was listed, he ensured my listing reached a large audience with outstanding pictures that made my listing stand out with an average of 300 views a day and ultimately went under contract in only 6 days.

ZillowVERIFIED Philip did an outstanding job communicating, coordinating, and finalizing a duplex sale for my business. I live in the Midwest and had a terrible property manager, which made Philips professionalism and dedication needed and appreciated. Philip is level headed and hard working. I highly, highly recommended his services.

ZillowVERIFIED I needed to sell my parents home in the Biloxi area. Living out of state I had little or no knowledge of the local market. Philip was a great help and extremely knowledgeable about the market, home values and home construction. He held agent open houses that stimulated interest in my parents home and even provided assistance to me when I needed workers to get inside the home to perform some repairs. I would highly recommend Phillip Demoran, he was a tremendous help and I don't think I could have handled this situation without his knowledge and assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED We were on a tight deadline to buy a house. We found and suggested all the homes to view. We even found the house we eventually bought. Philip showed up for the closing because he was more interested in getting his commission check than helping us through the process. I was embarrassed at the closing at his discussion during the closing about his check to the seller's representative.

ZillowVERIFIED Philip helped me both sell one home in OS and buy my next home in OS. Both processes went extremely well and Philip was great at overseeing the selling of my home. He made sure my interests were met and that I had all the necessary information when trying to decide on the purchase of my new home. Couldn't ask for a better agent.
