ZillowVERIFIED If you need a realtor, there's only ONE realtor you can count on and his name is Phillip DeMatteo. I don't even know where to start because we are so grateful. We were in the process of trying to do a home extention with our current home. We even thought about refinancing because everyone was doing it whether it was family, friends or co-workers. Somehow I thought about Phillip and something told me to give him a call. As long as I've known him, I always valued what he has to say. I decided to give him a call. It started with a conversation and after talking and some thinking, he had me convinced NOT ONLY could he sell our current house for us, BUT he could find us our future home. Phillip says, "you never know if you don't try." He landed us our first home, (a condo) 8 years ago. We had no idea of who to talk to and where to go to first. My wife's best friend suggested Phillip to us because he also helped them purchase their first actual home. So we made the phone call and he responded right away. We told him our goals, what cities we we're looking at and how much house we could afford. Our biggest goal was location and to stay in Los Alamitos for the school district. Phillip does what he does best and he found us 1 listing. We went to check it out and it was everything we we're looking for. SO YES. The same Saturday we first met Phillip, he FOUND US us our first home, WE WERE SIGNING PAPERS and we're on escrow the following Monday. 3 and half years later in 2016, My wife wanted to upgrade into something bigger than what we had. Again, our main goal was to stay in the city of Los Alamitos. I said there's only one realtor I want to work with and that's Phillip. We make the phone call and here we are again, house searching with Phillip. He will even pick you up sometimes to check out the listings you are inquiring about. He will go above and beyond to get you an appointment to check out a listing as soon as possible. So he found us several houses we liked, but in the end, HE ULTIMATELY LANDED AND FOUND US our future home in Los Alamitos like we wanted to all along. So here we are again with Phillip. Now almost 4 years later after landing us our first home and he's DOING IT AGAIN in 2021 AND IN COVID! We did look at several houses in different cities. As far as the search for our future home, we ended up asking Phillip to do his best to keep us in Los Alamitos or Seal Beach. It has always been a priority for us to stay because of the school district. We value how much it had done for our older son, so we wanted to do the same for our youngest son. Not only was he able to fulfill this for us but he able to find us a home in ROSSMOOR. Landing a home in Rossmoor was something me and wife had always DREAMED about but we NEVER IMAGINED. BUT Thanks again to Phillip, he was up for the challenge and made our DREAM A REALITY. Plus he was also able to sell our current home and make the process as easy as possible. Since we last worked with Phillip, he only had Tina and Sean. He now has an even bigger staff. He also has the best assistant's. Tina, Sean, Tara, Debbie and Nick work just as hard, night and day like Phillip. They are there to help you with what ever you may need, what you need sign, help move, who to contact, fix things that need fixing and set up appointments with whomever. And as far as any suggestions for upgrading your house, Phillip always has the right person to help you. Whether its getting your floors fixed, house painted or sprinklers installed, he will get you the BEST service possible. Again, Phillip is the BEST and there is nobody else I would ever go with. He delivers the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE a realtor can give. He communicates with you 24/7 whether it be by phone call ,text, or email the entire step of the process. There is no one else who will dedicated their time and effort better than this man. He truly goes ABOVE and BEYOND what a realtor should do and we are truly blessed to have worked with him AGAIN! And if we ever have to do this all over again, you know we will be calling Phillip. Again we can't thank Phillip enough for everything and there no is other realtor I will ever work with.
