ZillowVERIFIEDPhil gets our strongest recommendation! We were very pleased with how quickly he sold our condo and his attention to detail throughout the process. His firm Compass also brought a lot to the table with their marketing and automation process. Phil is an outstanding agent to have our your side. He gets the job done and when there are issues he will solve them. If your choosing an agent- choose Phil!

ZillowVERIFIED Phil did an outstanding job assisting us in fulfilling our dream. He helped us find a condo right on the beach for my disabled brother, so he can be near us. There were many challenges that Phil helped us overcome to enable us to get a condo which my brother loves. Phil is very resourceful and brings a team of experts to the table to help close the deal. Thank you Phil for your support and help.

ZillowVERIFIED Philip would go to properties and send us videos for us to view. We live out of state and when things came on the market we wanted see them before making plans to rent a car, get a hotel and fly in. Once we made an offer on the place of our dreams Philip handled so many details and made sure we were up to date with all the information. He was so helpful when the Inspection was done in handling the repairs with the other realtor and owners to make sure the repairs were done. He also handled things we could not because we were in CT.

ZillowVERIFIED Philip DeCarlo was an amazing agent. He helped us with everything with the sale from staging to cleaning and hiring local repair people to fix issues discovered during the buyer's inspection. Phil got us over asking price and we had accepted an offer in the first day of listing. There were some snags with our buyer and Philip helped talk us through it and protected the sale and my interests as well. I would highly recommend working with him, he bent over backwards to be sure that we got what we wanted and made it easy. I wasn't just a paycheck, Philip made us family.

ZillowVERIFIED Phil went above and beyond for us. He worked tirelessly trying to match us with our forever home. Ive always felt that we are savvy when it comes to investing in real estate, however, the turbulence of the market gave us a great deal of concern. Phil helped us navigate the deal and had the patience of a saint. He is a skilled negotiator and ALWAYS had our best interests at heart. He is genuinely an Outstanding person and went from being our realtor to a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED I would like to thank Phil for all he has done for us. We moved from Ohio and he got us into a rental very quickly since the housing market moves so fast here. When we were stable enough to figure out where to buy he accommodated us on every occasion. He is a very experienced agent that not only is a pleasure to work with on our end; the lender enjoyed his professionalism as well. I wished I would have had him to help sell our home in Ohio. It doesnt feel right to call him an agent, hes more like a friend that helps you buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We had intended to list our home for sale in the Spring, but then everything with the virus began and we had to hold off until the summer. After accepting an offer, we began searching for our new home. We were outbid on a few homes, so we became worried and discouraged. Phil always remained optimistic, even when we weren?t in such uncertain and hectic times. He assured us we would find our home in time and we did! It was an absolute pleasure working with Phil. He is an agent with integrity and never pushed us, and actually advised against over-bidding on a house. He was a wonderful advocate for us as our agent, and always made himself available and delivered on any request. My Husband, our baby, and myself are very fond of him. He?s so sweet, fun, and professional. As happy as we are that the selling and buying process is over, and even more happy to be in our new home, we?ll miss the laughs we shared with him. Phil is very knowledgeable and truly puts in the time and effort with clients and meeting their goals.

ZillowVERIFIED Being first time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first. Luckily we met Phil which made the process much easier than we had been anticipating. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. The turn around time was faster than I ever expected as me made sure to always communicate promptly with all parties involved. The home inspector he recommended was efficient, knowledgable, and patient with all of our questions. We both are very happy with our first home and couldn?t have been more pleased with the service. We thank you for the time and effort you spent with us, making our first experience as easy as it was!
