Unfortunately, on some of these homes we went through more than one Realtor. We both unanimously agree Philip is the best Realtor weve ever come across. Philip is totally on top of the whole process. He has an energetic and highly professional attitude. Philip is and no frills or gimmicks type of guy who just sells your house for you in a timely manner very close to the price he sets during his opening evaluation. Many agents will lure you in with a too good to be true high list price just to get the listing, then sit on your property and let the MLS do all the work. This is not how Philip operates. He does his homework and gives you the facts based on accurate comps and market metrics and then he sells your house in record time at a price that will make you smile.
