I worked with Phil Zimbardi on a house I purchased to rehab and resell at 158 Porter Street in New Haven. Phil convinced me that I could make the same money simply by cleaning it out and listing it for resale. He sold the house in less than 10 days at a $13,000 profit for me. Phil knows investment real estate and is an expert at short sales, foreclosures and investment real estate in the New Haven area. I highly recommend him.Ted LanzaroEagle Homebuyers, LLC
