Phil helped me and my wife to buy our first house in the US. Working with Phil was an absolute pleasure! From the very beginning, Phil demonstrated his expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for our needs. He listened attentively to what we were looking for, and even though we had slightly unconventional requirements with respect to the house that we were looking for, Phil guided us through the entire process with patience and clarity. Most importantly, Phil never pushed (or even hinted at) us to make an offer on a house which we did not like. That is unlike the experiences that my friends have had with other realtors in the area. In that regard, we were lucky that we found Phil. When we wanted to move our stuff into the garage of our new house (because we had a complicated closing), Phil literally helped me carry my heavy stuff from our moving truck into the garage. Consider this to be an example of how Phil goes above and beyond his remit to help his clients in whatever way possible. Even after we've moved into our house (it's been three months), Phil is always available to advise on doubts that first-time homebuyers (like us) generally struggle with.
