Phil helped me and my wife to buy our first house in the US. Working with Phil was an absolute pleasure! From the very beginning, Phil demonstrated his expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for our needs. He listened attentively to what we were looking for, and even though we had slightly unconventional requirements with respect to the house that we were looking for, Phil guided us through the entire process with patience and clarity.
