He told us that professional photographer would take our house pictures, but any iphone can take those pictures. After deal closed, no follow up, just text to say "We have closed". It was different treatment after we signed the paper and have him as our agent. It was one of the few houses that was sold below asking, contradicting his claim how many of his listings were sold with multiple offers.

He negotiated around 5 other offers and advised me exactly what to to to get my offer accepted. After we were in escrow, Phil constantly monitored the process to ensure that all of the necessary documentation was submitted according to the approving bank's requirements. He had to instruct the other agent what to do so that the deal stayed together - she was totally unfamiliar with short sales unique requirements. If he hadn't been my agent, I am confident I would not be in the house that I'm in today. I love my own place and would highly recommend Phil as a Realtor.

They helped me stage so that my unit appeared very open and cheerful. They worked very hard on marketing and getting as many agents and qualified buyers through as possible. When it came to negotiating the contract, their years of experience really shined through as I didn't think my unit would sell that high. They are a wonderful team!!

They provided guidance at best marketing the current house, even provided some furniture and accessories, and helped with contractors for the smaller stuff to help stage it. It showed very well and did not take long to sell, over asking price which was set right around market. They also guided us through the various curveballs in the purchase process of our new house.
