Joe was very knowledgeable in directing us to areas of Charlotte that offered what specifics we were looking for in a home. He was very thorough and friendly as we talked about what we did and did not want in a home and neighborhood. Joe was patient while we looked for some time and were fortunate to find the perfect home! He was also great at helping us navigate the closing process as we were unfamiliar with much of the process in North Carolina.
