Phil Milovidoff

I was born in the South of France and grew up for the first 20 years of my life in the Sub-Saharian country of West Africa, Niger. After graduating in France from Law and Business Administration School, I moved to the Caribbean and lived for the last 25 years on the beautiful Island of St Martin (St Maarten) where I specialized in the hospitality and tourism industry before relocating to Southwest Florida in 2015. Since then, my customer oriented and public relation skills naturally took me toward a career in Real Estate. I am now a proud REALTOR(R), member of the National Association of Realtor(R), member of the Florida Association of Realtor(R) and member of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor(R) Association serving South West Florida. I'm multi-lingual, speaking French, English and some Spanish. I have been in the real estate services business in the Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Sanibel, and Captiva and will be here for many more years to come. As a full-service real estate professional for Southwest Florida, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions spanning all price ranges and property types.
