My home search began last Christmas Eve, I found the home desired and clicked on more info from a realtor. I think I got an autorespond and then my phone rang within 30 seconds from the autorespond. It was Phil. We talked for a few mins and he was able to set up a viewing the day after Christmas. I liked the house and wanted to start the process. I met his lovely wife Julie and she handled the paperwork end.The current homeowners were looking for another house and so we patiently waited for what we needed to do next. Phil is a former pastor,missionary, and teacher and the skillset he learned at these jobs helped out tremendously in this process. Julie is a former elementary school teacher and her simple train car diagram helped simplify theentire home-buying process. I knew exactly where I was and what I needed to do next. I kidded them saying it was a buy-one, get-one free.However, I really did get much better service than if it had been with a solo agent. They made the process as easy as possible, as prompt as possible, as patient as possible( it was a six month process due to factors outside their control) and as fun as possible. I really enjoyed the process with them. I once read a draft horse by itself could pull 8000 pounds, but 2 draft horses working together could pull 3x (24000 pounds) as much.As with Phil and Julie, you get three times the agent for the price of one.You have heard to choose wisely when choosing a real estate professional.If you choose Phil and Julie, you are choosing with the Wisdom Of Solomon.

Both are super responsive, have a great handle on the local market, and will help to sell even the most difficult of houses. When we were buying our house Julie sent over a list of houses that met our criteria and it was the third house we walked into! We couldn't believe we had found THE house on the third try, so we went to dozens more - but we kept on coming back to that one house. If we hadn't had to move out of state it would have been our forever home. ZillowVERIFIED From the first day we contacted Julie, she worked very hard to help us find what we wanted. She asked a lot of questions to help her and Phil satisfy our needs. Whenever we called, they did their best to accommodate us. When they were not available, they let us know promptly and provided alternatives that we were happy with to go and view a property. Even on short notice, they both were able to work with us. When we finally decided on a property, they negotiated on our behalf and gave us pretty much exactly what we asked for in reference to price. After the sale, Julie stayed in touch and helped us with things, as well. I will definitely use their service if i ever need to buy a home. In addition, we will recommend them to others when our friends need an agent. They both even laughed at my stale jokes! My wife & I do consider both Phil and Julie as new friends.

As "seasoned veterans" of buying and selling real estate, I guess we could be considered picky or demanding customers! We aren't local, so our initial lists of lots to view were based on what we could find online. In early September 2014, Phil took us around to several of those lots, as we realized what we liked and didn't like about the area, various aspects of lots, and what we needed and didn't need in a lot. Did not know anyone and we looked at houses and found a couple we were interested in and called the realter. It was Julie Reynolds! This lady helped us through the whole process, and was moved in exactly 3 1/2 weeks later. She went out of her way to see this through from helping with the loan people, the owners of the houses, running papers all over getting them signed etc. Through the whole process she also became a very good friend.
