ZillowVERIFIED On my side ! oh Yeah Phil took us in hand and with his guidance we found the perfect home. we wanted to go a different path so when Phil advised us against certain homes, we followed his advice. Phil is not looking out for himself - he looks out for his clients ! We drug Phil out to home after home after home - never once did he complain even when he knew the home was wrong for us, still he came. When we did at last decide on a home the Bank tried to back out!! But Phil went back twice and they finally gave in. If you want someone who truly looks out for his clients then go with Phil. I promise you will be glad you did !!!!!!!!!
