Phil was highly recommended by my mortgage broker. I am new to the area and Phil listened to what I wanted in a home. He found the perfect home for me in a very nice neighborhood. Phil negotiated a much better price and kept me up to date with the closing progress making the buying experience extremely easy. He knows the town of Payson well, he is easy to work with, and is great at communication. Phil also knows all the right people in town if you need anything done around the house. I highly recommend Phil if you are looking to sell or buy a home in the area.

No, it's never a good deal. You're looking at a 60% return on investment vs a comparable sale. Price it right.
