ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the moment I decided to sell my property in Raleigh, Phil proved to be an invaluable asset. His professionalism was evident from our very first meeting, and it remained consistent throughout the entire selling process. Phil's knowledge of the Triangle area real estate market is superb. He provided insights and advice that were both practical and beneficial, ensuring that my property was positioned favorably. But what truly sets Phil apart is his willingness to go above and beyond. He personally assisted in staging my property, showcasing its best features and making it appealing to potential buyers. This effort undoubtedly played a significant role in the successful sale of my property. Phil kept me informed at every stage, ensuring I was never left in the dark. His communication skills are fantastic, and he always made himself available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. In conclusion, if you're looking for a realtor in Raleigh who is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your success, Phil is the one to call. His dedication and expertise made my property selling experience smooth and successful. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Thank you, Phil!
ZillowVERIFIEDPhil is an excellent realtor. He was always on time, very calm, organize, had lots of information to pass on to me as a new person to the area, very detailed. I look forward to working with him in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDPhil was absolute perfection as our selling agent. He was a clear communicator, excellent negotiator and counselor, and adapted to our unique situation with a long time period between listing and closing. He made everything smooth and easy for us, and his knowledge of the local market, professionalism, and integrity are simply unmatched. It was a true pleasure working with Phil. I cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone interested in selling their home in the Triangle area!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were an unusual client, I think, because we purchased a home through Phil completely remotely (Indeed, we never even met the man until the transaction was closed!) I can say, however, before, during, and after the transaction, he has been a gem to work with. It's a clichA(C), but Phil definitely went above and beyond the call of duty, and he has never hesitated to go the extra mile for us when we needed assistance. I would use him again without hesitation for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIEDPhil was an amazing realtor. He walked us through many nuances both during the house hunting phase and during the due diligence, inspection, and closing stage. We would absolutely work with him again, and are so thankful that he helped us find our dream home!
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time home buyer, I had plenty of anxieties about the logistics of buying a house. Phil made the entire process stress free and painless. From choosing the house to handling the business side of things, Phil was professional, accessible, and personable. I was worried that in buying a house I'd have to deal with sketchy realtors aiming for a bigger commissions check. Phil really did have our best interest in mind and never seemed pushy or eager to simply close the deal. Aside from being a great realtor, Phil did a great job of making us feel like friends rather than clients while helping us through the process. All around, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDPhil was our realtor for our first ever home purchase and we feel lucky to have found him! He was patient with our first time buyer questions and extremely responsive, even through the holidays! Phil is well-versed on an array of home related subjects and if he couldn't provide a definitive answer on something, he went to the experts on our behalf and did the research. We always felt confident Phil was looking out for our best interests as if he were buying the home himself. We hit a few bumps in the road and Phil helped us navigate those hurdles and was a calming presence during those moments. We ended up closing as scheduled and feel like we got a great property for a fair price. Thank you! -M.O & D.O
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I were first time home buyers and we had no clue about the process leading up to buying a home. We found Phil in our area and he was amazingly thorough, patient and forthcoming with us throughout the process. He does his due diligence on looking up all the information on a home and is willing to answer any question, no matter how small. His negotiation skills are really excellent and we got a great deal on our first purchase, thanks to him. I plan to recommend him to anyone I know who is buying their first home. I can say with confidence Phil is in the business of real estate because he enjoys it and it shows through his commitment to his clients.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have known Phil since college. He showed me a number of homes around North Raleigh for potential investment. His range of knowledge was impressive and he was able to provide a great level of detail about every property we looked at. He has a strong understanding of value in real estate. He puts great pride into his work and always acts with the utmost integrity. I know Phil does what is in the best interest of his client's always and goes the extra mile to ensure his clients get exactly what they want. He is smart, disciplined, and persistent in all he does. I would highly recommend him as a realtor.
