Phedra is by far the best at what she does, and she does it all. From the day we met at the first place she helped us tour early November until we had a confirmed accepted offer was 20 days. And we could write a book about the houses and adventures we experienced together seeing houses. We settled 5 weeks after the accepted offer. No grass grows under her feet, and she stays close in communication, while you are looking for your home and even while all the processing is going on. We consider them not just realtors but friends who you want to just hang out with. This team goes far above and beyond and make a confusing and tedious process feel like a walk in the park.

Phedra is phenomenal. She was always only a text away and immediately responsive to any questions I had. She went above and my expectations of a realtor, guiding us through the home buying process every step of the way. She let us know that offers needed to be in on the house by a certain date/time so we could change our house tour date. She gave us detailed instructions on everything we needed to do to get ready for settlement. She communicated with the lender to make sure things were always moving toward settlement.
