This is my second time buying a house, I have worked with several agents but I felt the most satisfied with PHE LE. He was our agent and he did an excellent job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Always available to answer our questions very quickly. He helped us enthusiastically through the buying process, had house tours whenever we wanted. He was very quickly, carefully and kindly. Also his negotiation skill was amazing. He treated us like his family members. PHE and his team helped us closed the house within 21 days.
