ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Fontenot was very professional when he helped us purchase our home. We were first time buyers and had very little knowledge about how the process worked. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and didnt allow us to feel as though we were in over our heads. We are more than happy with the outcome and we feel as though weve made a friend in the process. Thanks again Peyton.

ZillowVERIFIED He saved us a lot of time and money with his knowledge and skills. He is very well spoken and aware of the neighborhoods and its surroundings. Peyton also will go out of his way at extremely late and early times just to make your home buying that much more smoother.

ZillowVERIFIED Long story short, I just happened to come across Peyton by fate. I think it was meant to be. In my search, I looked at a lot of houses and submitted a few contracts. Then I finally got my HOME. He never wavered in this process. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. He didn't let me quit the when I was ready to throw in the towel. I don't think I would have made it through this with anyone else. I have the house that I'm meant to be in. I love it. And have made a lifetime friend in Peyton.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly Recommend Peyton! We had a long and winding road to closing on our first home, and Peyton led us the whole way. He took the time to explain each part of the process clearly and list all our options at every step. He was always available to answer our questions via phone, text, and email. His integrity showed when he disclosed information about possible groundwater contamination at some locations of which we were totally unaware, as we were buying from out of state. Peyton went above and beyond advocating for us through this whole process. Everything that was within his control went smoothly and effortlessly for us. Peyton's patience, courteousness, professionalism, and calm demeanor are unmatched. I dont think we would have closed without him. I cant imagine using anyone else in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Peyton got the job done in the midst of the craziest housing market ever. Just when we thought we were never going to find a house he showed up and stepped in. He was able to be flexible with his schedule to accommodate our needs. We were from another state and didn't know much about the area and we were on a tight schedule. Peyton answered my frantic calls and was very reassuring with his knowledge. I definitely recommend Peyton as a agent. He will get the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED Peyton is the absolute best realtor I could have found! He was friendly, accommodating, informative, and such a patient person. He always made time to answer questions and handle issues (without me asking, he just did what was needed) that came up with the inspection processaEUR|he did all this while I was across the country living in California. Hes the best and I consider him a friend now!
