Guys makes me submit an application before he is willing to show me the house. I went ahead and paid $30 on zillow so that I can apply. And then he never gets back to me even 5 days later.I have excellent credit, 5x the rent as income, no pets, non smoker, no record of missing rent or eviction. There wasn't any reason not to get a response. He should at least update me, approved or not, considering he made me pull my credit, pay a fee without any showing.I finally went to a different place and got approved the same day for a better looking house and cheaper rent. Still not happy about paying for no reason.Your call will likely go unanswered as about half a dozen of my calls did over 3 days of time.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
