Alan was professional and personable from day one when we hired him to help us find our second home in Palm Desert. We had a timeframe for finding the perfect house for us that was a little challenging for any agent and Alan navigated our home-finding project with grace, ease, honesty and integrity. We had some obstacles that came up when we did find our dream house and Alan managed this with a can-do attitude and spirit when most clients and agents would have abandoned ship. Susanna helped us in a difficult situation due to a job change that required us to move immediately to another state. She put the house on the market at the beginning of the summer in the Coachella Valley which is not an ideal time to sell.
