ZillowVERIFIEDShe originally found us the house when we moved to the area. She got us in quickly. When it was time to sell the house, she had it sold almost instantly. She helped organize and get the minor repairs to our house that we needed to get fixed. She was a great real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED In 2013 Petra Drouin helped me buy my first home. I was on a very tight timetable, and she made it happen! When it came time to sell in 2015 I knew exactly who I wanted to sell my home. Petra had my home sold at the right price in a matter of hours. Yes...hours. It was a wonderful experience. The buyer was happy, I was happy, it could not have worked out better. If I ever need real estate services in North Dakota again, I know exactly who to call.

ZillowVERIFIED Tom was very helpful. He is a wealth of knowledge and has great customer service. Tom knows the market here in North Dakota. I recommend all first time buyers to contact Tom and his wife Petra, if you are looking for a home. Good experience! Tom understood the importance of getting us our first house and followed up on ALL angles possible to ensure that we would be able to attain our new home. He not only got us our home, but he made the process seem like a piece of cake. He kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continues to follow up with us.

ZillowVERIFIED Tom provided outstanding service in the search for a new home. On several occasions he showed that he was more interested in finding me the right home than making a sale. He was exceptionally flexible with me given the fact that my work schedule is odd and frequently changing. Finally, he has at his disposal a small army of local bankers, inspectors, and craftsmen all of whom provided top notch service/products at one point or another in the process. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process, and wouldn't dream of doing business with anyone else in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED After being blown off by the first realtor we contacted, we were lucky enough to be referred to Tom by a friend who had recently bought a house through him. Little did we know, Tom was exactly who we had been looking for. Tom responded almost immediately after we contacted him. He was genuine from the start and did not rely on automated email responses. Tom and his wife Petra are an outstanding team and made us feel like we were their only clients. Tom always knew when to pursue and when to back off and give us time to think. We could always count on him to give us an honest opinion, even if it was the opposite of what we wanted to hear. With Tom, we knew he wouldn't steer us wrong and that we'd end up with a well-built home that suited our needs. I would whole heartedly recommend Tom and Petra to anyone. Even though we're in our new home, we can still depend on Tom for any questions we have. If you are looking for an honest team that truly works for you, then Team Drouin is it.

ZillowVERIFIED I know Petra for a few years the work ethic the dedication on her finding the right house for you is beyond 5 stars but what you don't know the love she puts into her own home, her family her friends she passes onto finding that same home for you.The term "a man is only as good as his word", she lives up to that and more.Tom as her husband and partner is what completes the wonderfull Petra is,without him part of her would be missing. Without selling a house it will be a gift to you just knowing them. Your friend Connie

ZillowVERIFIED Petra was great to work with. When showing me a house, I mentioned my concerns with the layout of the house and how I intended to furnish it. She helped think through some options and ended up showing me properties that matched my needs better.

ZillowVERIFIED Tom and Petra are the best Realtors in Minot, hands down! My house was listed with another realtor for 3 months and I didn't get a single offer. I switched my listing over to Tom and Petra and I had a pre approved offer for my asking price within 24 hrs. Within 24 hrs my house was under contract for my asking price. They made the entire process easy for me all the way through the closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Tom and Petra were truly wonderful. The first time I called them they were ready to meet to see what I was looking for. Everyone else was at the lake for the long weekend but they spent their long weekend finding us a house. They got me a wonderful deal and even a new roof!!! Tom went above and beyond by going to show me the house on sunday again so my parents and son could see it. I was never ignored when I called or texted them. If one person was busy the other would get back to me. Thank you so very very much. I absolutely love the house!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Tom was great to work with, he kept showing us house after house we would ask to see a house and he would show it to us within a day. After seeing over 20 houses we ended up buying the first house he showed us. I guess he knew what we wanted before we did. Working with Team Drouin was a joy and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a house.

ZillowVERIFIED We have bought and sold many houses over the years in both Washington State and now here in North Dakota. Petra is the top agent we have ever worked with. It does not matter what time of day or night you call she is there to be of assistance. She does not treat you like a client she treats you like one of her friends. It is not often in todays society that people go so far above and beyond to take care of their customers. She is an example that other agents should try and duplicate.

ZillowVERIFIED From the moment I asked Petra to find me a house she was dedicated to that task and would not settle for anything less than what I needed. My work schedule is very random and with long hours due to my military job. Petra was there for me after hours and even on weekends to help me view houses and to set up who to go through for my loan. She's always given me her honest opinion and as a young buyer I was very grateful to her for her honesty. She walked me through every step and was there to explain all my questions at any time. Upon finding my house she was quick to get the right paper work to everyone. When negotiating she got me more than I could ask for as far as the owner paying closing costs and fixing the terms I had requested. After buying the house I ran into a few snags and didn't know who to go through to get things fixed, I told Petra the problem or questions I had and she was right back with an answer or solution. She made the entire proccess of buying a house for the first time easy and quick. She always kept me in the loop for what was going on and is by far the best. I am very thankful to have had Petra as my realtor she's always friendly and open to you and when the time comes to sell my home I will use Petra, I know I can trust her to have my best intrests through out that proccess.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the good fortune of finding Tom and Petra Drouin, better known as aEURoeTeam DrouinaEUR?, through an inquiry regarding a commercial property I found on Loopnet in the Minot, North Dakota area. I requested information on a number of properties from several agents in the Minot area. Tom was the only agent I contacted that replied to my inquiries. Tom not only responded but responded by phone the same day he received the information request. Tom spent a minimum of 45 minutes on the phone sharing valuable information regarding the Minot commercial property market and outlook for the future. I found Tom to be well informed and totally forthcoming providing valuable insight into the commercial and residential development climate in North Dakota. Once I identified my specific interests Tom assured me he would have multiple opportunities to present during a planned visit. Tom followed up with information on a variety of available properties in the areas of interest I had identified. I received regular emails and reference material relating to the area and market conditions. Continued discussions with Tom motivated me to make the trip from Seattle, Washington to Minot to see the commercial development properties Tom had identified as having great potential. Up to this point my contact had been with Tom exclusively. However when I arrived in Minot I was greeted by aEURoeTeam Drouin.aEUR? Team Drouin showed me all available properties whether or not they were the listing agents. Team Drouins extraordinary efforts resulted in my client pursuing one of the properties Tom and Petra showed me while in Minot. A prime commercial development site suitable for a shopping center. This property type is exactly what I asked Team Drouin to present me during my visit. Tom and Petra continue to support our development efforts with information and contacts when requested. ZillowVERIFIED I recently moved from Germany to Minot, ND and do to the flood housing was very limited. I contacted Tom about 3 months before I would arrive and found a beautiful house within two months. He was extremely helpful considering I had no clue on how to buy a house and explained everything to me. I love this house and have made it mine. Without his help I would be renting a very small apartment or still living in a hotel. I would recommend him to everyone I know looking to buy!!
