The whole of the "alignmint" real estate team is exceptional. Peter Winkler is a true professional with years of experience, natural instinct, honest and transparent, and market smart. He actually increased our selling price from what we originally thought the local market would bear. Their understanding of what motivates buyers, how to get their attention, their marketing skills, staging, promotional materials all represent their approach to success. Show your property at its best. I was so pleased I did not go it alone. Peter's steady hand and calm demeanor provided the sense that all is well. Indeed it was. The house contracted within days and closed in two weeks.

Peter Winkler was exceptional as our agent with his well-reasoned advice and guidance that helped us achieve a sale well over list price within two days of putting our house on the market. He suggested an ideal weekend for local market conditions, where to repaint/power wash, where to declutter, how to improve curb appeal, and who to use for a complete final indoor cleaning, among many other suggestions. It was somewhat costly and we spent many long weekends clearing out and tidying up but we did everything he suggested. Martha Newport, who works with Peter, helped us get our house showing-ready and provided guidance on changes to make in dA(C)cor and even brought items to put out. Now, we thought the motivation of any agent would be to suggest a lower offer price to allow a quicker sale and thus, commission. Peter did a thorough and analytical market analysis and offered up higher list price suggestions than we anticipated, clearly acting in our best interest and we took his suggestions. He also discussed conditions that might garner higher than list offers and thats exactly what happened. Whitney White, who assists Peter from their office, couldnt have been more helpful and responsive with our many emails and phone calls with her to cover so many of the details including facilitating several required documents. Peter, Martha, and Whitney were extremely friendly, eager to help and truly provided exemplary customer service. We couldnt be more pleased and highly recommend Team Winkler.

If you are looking for a professional to sell or purchase a home/property we highly recommend Peter Winkler. When recently deciding to move to the Chapel Hill area from another state, Peters name was suggested to us as a professional with an excellent reputation as well as first hand experience regarding neighborhoods of interest to us. We initially contacted Peter explaining that we would simply like to check out the area and learn about different neighborhoods while visiting the area. He set up an appointment and became our aEURoeguideaEUR?. At that point we knew he would be the one to represent us in our attempt to purchase a home in Chapel Hill. The details of his representation during the period of selling our home in another state and purchasing here in Chapel Hill are too many to list here, but we will summarize by saying we aEURoehit goldaEUR? when we discovered Peter. He represented us at every turn, even during a move that was less than smooth! Thanks, Peter. Mary & Tom Our decision was absolutely the right one and Peter represented us across the board, even when out of town over a holiday! His attention to our personal needs, as well as to the minute details involved in a sale, was impressive. Thanks, Peter.I think we aEURoestruck goldaEUR? when we signed with you. Mary & Tom

I was beyond blessed to have Peter Winkler represent me in the purchase of a newly constructed home outside of Raleigh. Since I was moving from out-of-state, Peter and his staff expertly managed all the boots-on-the-ground purchase work, including negotiating a terrific price and convenient closing date, scheduling and handling the home inspection and monitoring subsequent repairs, providing invaluable insight during the walk-through, and assuring the builder remedied all issues before closing. In addition, Peter has an extensive network of highly skilled professionals to assist with every aspect of a move. I could not have been happier with his recommendations for a home inspector, moving company, home insurance agent, and painter. Peter continues to check in with me and is currently keeping me on task with all systems and first-year warranty deadlines. He is hard-working, skilled, attentive, and caring, and he made my move to North Carolina an absolute pleasure.

What an amazing experience from start to finish from Peter and his team. Peter is a highly knowledgeable real-estate professional and I highly recommend his services. From our initial contact, his market data for pricing analysis, having a certified appraiser accurately measure for proper square footage, staging coordination, the sales and marketing process, managing the "showings process" especially while we were on vacation, all helping us get top dollar.
