Peter Winkler was exceptional as our agent with his well-reasoned advice and guidance that helped us achieve a sale well over list price within two days of putting our house on the market. He suggested an ideal weekend for local market conditions, where to repaint/power wash, where to declutter, how to improve curb appeal, and who to use for a complete final indoor cleaning, among many other suggestions. It was somewhat costly and we spent many long weekends clearing out and tidying up but we did everything he suggested. Martha Newport, who works with Peter, helped us get our house showing-ready and provided guidance on changes to make in dA(C)cor and even brought items to put out. Now, we thought the motivation of any agent would be to suggest a lower offer price to allow a quicker sale and thus, commission. Peter did a thorough and analytical market analysis and offered up higher list price suggestions than we anticipated, clearly acting in our best interest and we took his suggestions. He also discussed conditions that might garner higher than list offers and thats exactly what happened. Whitney White, who assists Peter from their office, couldnt have been more helpful and responsive with our many emails and phone calls with her to cover so many of the details including facilitating several required documents. Peter, Martha, and Whitney were extremely friendly, eager to help and truly provided exemplary customer service. We couldnt be more pleased and highly recommend Team Winkler.
