Tech savvy, whenever possible used digital signatures, Google calendar invites with links to relevant info etc. Peter went above and beyond, doing due diligence on each house before visiting. He quickly learned the things I was interested in and the questions I often asked and came to each visit prepared to answer. It quickly became clear that Peter was recommending houses based on their true value even when it meant a smaller fee for him. His advice was honest and well founded and I felt much more confident having him on my corner. I plan to use Peter for any future endeavor and I recommend him fully.

ZillowVERIFIEDVery personal and hands on realtor. As soon as my wife and I chose Peter as our realtor, he scheduled a sit-down meeting with us to discuss what we were looking for in a house. My wife and I had been looking at houses for a while so we thought we already had a good idea with what we wanted. Peter was able to ask the right questions to get us really thinking about our first purchase. He was able to give us a big picture of the process while also addressing the nuances throughout. His expertise reminded me of one of the instructors in a first-time home buying class. I think Peter would feel right at home doing one of those classes. With tools such as Zillow, potential home buyers are alerted right away when a home is listed. Peter was able to work with us to schedule showings almost as fast as I received an alert for the opening. In today's market, first come is usually first serve. We did not feel like we missed out on any potential homes due to Peter's responsiveness in scheduling showings. When it came time to put an offer in and get a home inspection done, Peter was prepared to walk the grounds with the inspector and take notes on any potential negotiation topics. He always gave me his honest opinion on what the price should be, and backed it up with data he would pull from his various sources. In the end, he made sure that we were comfortable with whatever the price was before opening the lines of communication with the listing agent. The homebuying process is a long, stressful time. Peter's help and expertise made it easier for my wife and I. For that, I am very grateful. I recommend him highly to any future home owners.
