I like to talk with potential clients and ask question first to figure out if I can even help them. If I am able to help them, I simply work on making their real estate transaction as smooth as possible. I have a team of preferred attorneys, lenders, title companies and home inspectors to make the buyers process painless. For the seller I have a team of photographers, stagers and if construction is needed I am also a licensed GC. I solve a lot of problems for clients to make their transactions smooth and I have fun doing it.
