I am a landlord in New Brunswick, NJ and have owned my property since 1990. It is a rental house near the college. I received a flyer in the mail from Tverdov Housing and called to schedule an appointment with Pete to review my lease. During that discussion Pete also advised me what my property was currently worth, which surprised me. I knew one day in the next few years I may consider selling but the idea was a bit daunting. This was in January and I had tenants until July 30th. It was also a house I lived in myself for years before it became a full rental and I had an attic filled with my personal possessions. I didn't know any realtors, attorneys or junk removal companies. After discussions with Pete we decided just to test the market. Within a few days he had someone in mind and a prospective buyer was found. The offer was extremely fair and really surpassed my expectations. None of this would have happened without my good fortune to have found him as a broker. He also found tenants for the new buyer and was extremely responsive to me throughout the entire process. We closed on the property a few days ago and I could never have imagined anyone else guiding this process the way he did. Pete is skilled, knowledgeable and experienced. His business not only coordinates real estate transactions he also manages, renovates and builds properties locally. I can't recommend him enough. You couldn't be in better hands.
