Unknown to us at that time, this meeting turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to us in our search for a new home and the sale of our home. We quickly learned that Peter Parker Reality is a well-established team of professionals (Real estate, home inspectors, photographers, mortgage professionals) all working proactively together. After locating a home, we wanted to purchase, Peter Parker quickly worked with us and his team to research and put together a strong offer for the sellers to consider. Our offer was not countered and was accepted within 24 hours. The Peter Parker Team quickly went to work to get the purchase completed and our current home on the market. The mortgage package, preemptive home inspections (pest, roof, home), Matterport photographs, and home listing were all completed within a week. The Peter Parker Team held two open houses on the following weekend with nearly 200 people through the house in the two days. We received 5 offers and our home sold above list price. The preemptive work to complete the home inspections paid off in streamlining the purchase process and receiving a contingent free offer from the buyer of our home. I was very picky about what I wanted for my first home and was in no rush to pull the trigger so I really appreciate how patient he was with me. Peter was always so quick to respond, whether it was on a weekend or 10 at night, he would always get back to me fast and go out of his way to setup a showing right away. The amount of knowledge that the Peter had really blew me away, being a first time home buyer I wasnt cognizant of a lot of the minor things that experienced home buyers would be aware of but Peter and Rebecca impressed me time and again with their thoroughness and attention to detail. Peter is knowledgeable about the specific areas within the zip codes that eliminated seeing something that looks good on the website but the surrounding area - not so good. He even pointed out the flips and the details to look for on a good flip vs a bad one. I felt very confident during the week I was working with him. Peter and his team were very quick when I decided on a house to purchase. From offer to counteroffer, inspections etc, we closed basically in 15 working days.
