We used Pete Mirk to sell our home in Troy, MI and he was outstanding. Pete was professional, prompt and responsive. He spent a great deal of time answering our questions and provided abundant information on comps in the area. He was very helpful in pricing our home and helping us through the negotiations with the buyers. I was impressed that Pete continued to show the house even after we had a firm offer just in case the deal fell through which thankfully it did not. Pete Mirk is an excellent Real Estate agent. This was my first time purchasing a home. Pete was very in tune with what my budget for a house was, and what were the important requirements I was looking for in a home. Pete has grew up in the Metro-Detroit area and is very familiar with the Royal Oak/Ferndale/Berkley/Clawson area. Pete found a home that was exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier with my home. With this being the first time purchasing a home, the entire process was foreign to me. Pete was very patient with me in answering any and all questions I had. Pete was also extremely good about getting me into a home as soon as we saw it come on the market. The market was extremely hot while we were looking and with Pete working hard to get us in quickly it helped me to make the decision quicker. One of the other very helpful things about Pete was that he was very helpful in pointing out what was good about the home, and what would need updating at some point down the road. If you are looking for a very experienced negotiator with lots of experience and familiarity of the area, then Pete is your guy!

Pete was very knowledgeable, approachable, and honest. He was also a very strong advocate when we needed it and listened to what we wanted. When our closing was postponed unexpectedly, he made sure to keep us in the loop and on top of all parties involved. We were only postponed 2 days, which was important to our tight timeline with moving into our new home. We appreciated it very much!
