I had a first time seller recently who came to me to sell her home based upon my experience and track record in her community. She had spoken to another realtor prior who gave her a very low listing price suggestion. When she met with me, I told her that it's a good thing that she reached out to me because I knew her home would sell for much more. We listed her home for $600,000 ($20,000 more than the other agent was suggesting) and within days my unique and aggressive special marketing produced multiple offers with a final high selling price of $630,000! Plus, the buyer let the seller stay renting back in the home for 3 more months while her new home was being finished. That was a win win for everyone! And those are the transactions that I always strive to make happen for everyone involved.

My dad was in real estate and had helped many people achieve their dreams of homeownership and he was a builder contractor as well.
