He was a fantastic communicator and was incredibly helpful for me when searching for a new home from out of state - his virtual tours were much better than I could have imagined from someone who could not make it to Michigan. He was also very knowledgeable of the area (both Lansing and East Lansing) and gave advice that I trusted throughout the entirety of the process. Early on in the process, I made an offer on a condo (which fell through after a review of the HOA came back) and he was incredibly helpful with the process of restarting my search and guiding me through that. Overall, I couldn't recommend him more highly!
