ZillowVERIFIEDPete has sold several homes for me. In all cases he knew values going in , what would work and what wouldn't. He has worked in town for years and knows all the brokers who do any volume and they all know he's good to work with. He also knows a wide variety of principals in town from his years of experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Pete was recommended to us by another extremely happy buyer. Buying from out of state during a very narrow window of only a few days was stressful for us, but Pete maintained excellent communication with us for months prior to our house hunting trip. He put us at ease with his advice, and the listings he offered that sat happily within our parameters. When we arrived in Dallas, we hit the ground running. Pete lined up several dozen homes for us to see during the first 3 days. On the third day, he showed us the perfect home! He then worked quickly to help us get it under contract, and get it inspected all before we returned to our out-of-state home at the end of the week! We were so pleased with our experience, with Pete's understanding of Dallas, and with the respect he showed us throughout the process that we have without hesitation referred him to other friends considering relocation.

ZillowVERIFIED Pete has extensive market knowledge, knowledge of construction and single family building practices and his demeanor in all aspects of business/negotiation is highly professional. Great all around guy and top notch single family realtor. Pete drove my wife and I through our selected area on multiple occasions and was able to secure our new home within one week. Pete was also instrumental in our location selection as we were new to the market. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Pete to anyone looking.

ZillowVERIFIED Pete represented me in the purchase of the condominium I enjoy living in today. There were other buyers and realtors in the unit the day I saw it, as well as other contracts already presented. Pete managed to have my contract be the winner, we closed in 7 days. He had patiently shown me others in the previous 6 or 7 months, including some where I put in a contract then backed out.So definitely 5 stars in all of the above categories plus an extra star for friendliness.

ZillowVERIFIED I would have given Pete all 5 stars except he is human. I have know Pete for over 40 years. A great person and very professional. Pete sold my house a few years ago before it was on the market. With his local knowledge he learns about houses before they hit the market. If you are buying or selling call him today.

ZillowVERIFIED Pete is very savvy and confident, has contacts everywhere. Over a long period of time he's sold 30 homes for me. He's always willing to invest in relationships. His core competency is Preston Hollow but his skills easily translate to other submarkets.

ZillowVERIFIED Pete was instrumental in closing our house in the Park Cities less than 3 weeks after it was listed (and the first day on the market). He turned around and helped us find a house in the Preston Hollow area and then secured a third party financing on short notice. His knowledge and connections provided a seamless transition from one house to another.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Pete Livingston for many years. His background as not only a realtor but as a builder and investor gives him insight and knowledge that truly sets him apart from the average realtor. Pete is extremely creative and buyers and/or sellers will benefit from his vast experience. He helped us purchase our lakehouse on Lake Bonham and our experience with Pete was enjoyable and his approach was professional at every level.
