ZillowVERIFIED There are no words to explain what an amazing job Peter did. Although my apartment was very nice and the price was good, the HOA in my building was high and that was a big turnoff for people coming to see it. I was not an easy client, I was under a lot of stress because I wasn't only selling, I was relocating out of state and I had many things to juggle at the same time. I would get impatient, I would call and txt Peter a gazillion times a day. He was always kind, pleasant and oh so efficient! He would always say to me: "Liz it just takes one good serious buyer," and he was a hundred percent right. Of all days that you could never imagine: Black Friday 2025--the day after Thanksgiving. My husband and I were at the Great Neck Diner and Peter called us, Liz can I bring a buyer over? He of course had our keys. And that day we were especially so down. So many Open Houses and nothing. And may I add, if Peter tells you something listen to him, because you'll find out that he's always right. He would always tell us: "Open Houses don't sell a property." One good buyer does!! And man, was he ever right. On that Black Friday, we saw him from the diner on the Ring camera enter our apartment with 3 people. My husband and I holding our breath to speak to Peter. Fifteen minutes or so, Petr called with the magic words: WE HAVE AN OFFER!!!! We asked Peter to counter the offer which he did and we got for our apt what we wanted, 30 thousand more than the apt directly across from us which was identical to ours but with another realtor. We went into contract in December and closed in March which is what we wanted!! MARCH 19, 2026 Smooth closing and checks in hand. If you don't r4each out to the Korahais Team, you will be doing yourself a great disservice! They really and honestly are the very best in the realtor business!

ZillowVERIFIED Peter is one of the most profession and efficient agent I have met. He was very attentive to my needs and found me a great home in a excellent neighborhood within a few days. He had in depth knowledge of the property and explained all the work that needed to be done for the home. He was always a step ahead of our concerns and offered suggestions or solutions before I could even address it. He was always on time when we had made arrangements to meet at the property. He made the offering, negotiation, and closing process very smooth for me. Everything was done within few weeks. Even after all was said and done he was still keen on helping me getting the property in shape. He recommended tree cutters (1/2 of what other quoted me), people to do oil to gas conversion, and setting up central air. Overall, I am very happy to have found him and highly recommend his service.

After one day of looking at homes and being pressured into making offers the agent did not answer phone calls and ignored my text messages for three full days. I took matters into my own hands and I made a phone call and I was fortunate enough to be placed in the hands of Peter. Peter was constantly available 24 seven. He was always courteous and didn't mind my incessant texting and phone calls. Peter had the listings every single last one of them. Peter had the keys to each and everyone of those homes and he took me from home to home in his car and took his time and he showed me the homes in detail and discussed pros and cons with me. Peter is very knowledgeable he's knowledgeable about renovations and home values and neighborhoods and he knew right away what my likes and dislikes without me having to actually tell him. Peter spent time with me he was honest caring. I was never pressured to make a purchase. I felt as if I was his only client. I don't know how this gentleman does it but he is above and beyond the best realtor that there is. He found my dream home in a matter of days without stress and he took so much time helping me that I cannot tell you how grateful I am. This realtor is the finest human being you will ever encounter and he is so wonderful at his job that he makes it seem easy.
