ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Peter for close to a year while searching for our perfect home, and we couldnt have asked for a better realtor. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Peter was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive every step of the way. He made the entire process smooth, clear, and far less stressful than we expected. Were so grateful for his patience, expertise, and dedication, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Total waste of time with this guy, he is very inconsiderate. I would not do business with him I would imagine he will make you pay more for a house so that he could get more money seems to be greedy all about himself and not other people not the quality of person I would deal with plenty of good Realtors out there with compassion not this guy.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Peter for the sale of a home as part of an estate sale. This is particularly challenging as we had to figure things out as we went, and we had to do it remotely. Peter did a great job staying in communication and being available for us. He helped list and stage the property, show it to buyers, provided insight on market prices and market trends to help us come to decisions on listing price and negotiations. His work allowed us to sell within the range we wanted, and it was done expediently. Thank you Peter for your hard work, and we recommend him to anybody for their real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Peter is a very successful agent having ranked in the top 10% of over 10000 agents in this area. He was by my side the entire selling process and got me the outcome I wanted. He was very patient with all of questions and anxiety. My husband passed 4 days before closing; he showed up and was so supportive. Found me a new hose and closed on it in less than 30 days. Great agent, great man.

ZillowVERIFIED Peter was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! We were hesitant to fully dive in to purchasing a home, but Peter made us feel comfortable and held our hand every step of the way. He was everything we were looking for in agent: smart, reliable, and knowledgeable. He was able to give us insightful information about the neighborhoods we were considering and was always responsive to our (numerous) questions. He was able to successfully negotiate with sellers and really made the entire process fly by. I cant recommend Peter enough. We are extremely fortunate to have had him as our real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Peter helped us find the perfect house! We were looking for an investment property in an area that we were not very familiar with. He educated us on the differences between the regions, towns, nearby amenities, assessments and even future growth plans of those towns that would impact our decision. Amazingly, he was even able to give us close approximations on how much the utility bills may be within those different towns. This information really helped us to decide which town to choose and NOT have any costly surprises! He was very patient and encouraging throughout the whole process. Peter arranged all pertinent inspections and advised us on everything necessary to negotiations and closing all within 10 days! We ended up with the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. He is an excellent agent that we would highly recommend.
